The Tip Clearance Calculator is a small program
I developed to assist in calculating the clearances
between the shoulder and tip on carbide tipped saws.
Tip clearances vary depending on the hook angle
and seat depth. Tip Clearance Calculator is a visual
design program allowing the changes to be seen as
they are made. You can also print out a one to one
scaled drawing of the shoulder, tip and clearance.

NOTE: The Tip Clearance Calculator is not a
tooth shape design tool. It does not allow you
to design different tooth and gullet shapes.
